AORN CT Chapter 0701 is proud to present January 2026 Journal Club. This month we will be focusing on the very important topic of Perioperative Nursing Burnout. Through exploring several journal articles, we will discuss the factors that lead to burnout, how to identify and treat perioperative nurse burnout. We will engage in an open format discussion regarding the journals and deep dive into the topic and how and what we can do to support one another. Look forward to seeing you there!
