As healthcare workers, we put significant physical strain on our bodies as we care for our patients. This series is designed to help healthcare workers better understand body mechanics, the importance of basic exercises and stretches, and methods to prevent workplace injury.

All healthcare workers are invited to join AORN CT 0701 and Ivy Rehab at one or all of our 4 classes in this series. All classes are FREE and will include demonstrations and hands-on practice of stretches and exercises (dress to move).

Light Refreshments will be served.

Note time of classes vary.
